Logic Level Drive:It supports 2.5V and 4.5V gate drive voltages, which is fully compatible with low-voltage digital controllers,MCU I/O ports and other common control devices.This compatibility eliminates the need for additional drive circuits, simplifying system design and reducing overall costs.

MCU I/O Drive:Drives small loads such as LEDs, buzzers and micro relays in smart home sensors and consumer electronic controllers. It matches the low-voltage output of MCU I/O ports, realizing stable control of small loads.
